  • Faulty reasoning. Just because there was no break-in, and that was the reason for the call, doesn't mean that the situation couldn't lead to an arrest due to other circumstances. When you have a citizen who is intent on acting like a jerk, and inflaming a situation, things are bound to escalate.

  • For once I have to agree with Obama. African-Americans and Hispanics are stopped disproportionately involving criminal activity, and that is a fact. That's because African-Americans and Latinos engage in criminal activity disproportionately - and that is also a fact.
